Project / Build: Honda 700 (Night Hawk)

We purchased this bike in June 2008. We wanted to build a chopper from a bike that would not normally be chopped!

How the bike stands on purchase

__________________________________________________________________

Strip the bike to bits, cut out the box section back bone, remove the seat rails.
Replace the original back bone with a tubular section, replace the seat rails (lowered of course)
Cut and shut the whole lot together with some welding trickery by Ade.

Most of the frame design now complete and the head stock gussets and strengtheners now in place
 and ready for smoothing.
Still in the mocking up stage and fitted the new lower rear shocks, this then allows us to cut & modify
the rear end section of the frame to fit the Fat Bob fender.

Frame and forks smoothed and painted.

We painted the Tank, front and rear fender in a nice metallic Blue/purple shade flip

K & N air filters fitted, carbs set up and runs very sweet.
Engine painted and casings polished, all fasters, nuts, bolts & washers replaced with polished stainless.
