Project / Build: Suzuki Bandit 1200 (Flash Bandit)
Started out in fair condition. Engine is
excellent - 11.000 Miles on the clock and pulls like a train.
This is one of our special custom jobs and dedicated to our dear departed
friend, Gordon 'Flash' Nicholson who owned this bike
before we transformed it. This bike has a lot of passion and memories built into
it.

Photo history
The strip down
has started. The arse end removed and all the bits off for Chroming, Alloy
Polishing
and paint. Rear shock removed ready for for the jack up kit.

Engine stripped, painted & polished.

Seat Re-shaped and re-covered and new discs arrive

Rear end now
painted, polished & Chromed, including every Nut, Bolt & Washer re-chromed!
New braided brake lines, pads, waive discs etc, now fitted to the bike.

We raised the
rear end by 2 inches, this made things a little tight for space..
Ade always has the solution!

Front end stripped down. All parts in for paint, polish & Chrome

As usual on this
project, everything Chromed and polished.
Fork legs, stantions, Yokes, Front wheel, every nut, bolt and washer!
New Goodridge braided hoses, fork brace & brakes.

Into the final
stages - all last metal polishing and detail.
Awaiting the custom paint bodywork for completion.

A change of mind
with the rear end. We decided the rear end was that nice it had to be shown
more.
So, we cut down the end can into a stubby! The extra 3 inches up on the rear
certainly shows now.

The finished bike. Now the paint is done, final polishing of the engine casings and details complete.
